DescriptionDay 05. Thirty-One days of Star Wars (2024 edition) continues!Happy Cinco de Mando! Fiiiiive gooooold riiiiings, or in this case five pages from Marvel's The Mandalorian adaptation of the Disney+ streaming series. In this issue/episode, the Mandalorian takes Grogu to the ancient temple on Tython, and places him on the seeing stone at its center. Grogu meditates and is surrounded by a protective energy field. Boba Fett soon arrives with the mercenary Fennec Shand, who the Mandalorian had previously left for dead on Tatooine. Fett explains that the armor worn by Cobb Vanth (season 2, episode 1) belongs to him, as his father Jango was a Mandalorian foundling. The Mandalorian agrees to return the armor in exchange for the safety of Grogu, just as Moff Gideon arrives and deploys stormtroopers. Fett, Shand, and the Mandalorian repel the stormtroopers' attack. On this page, Boba kicks trooper butt. This is Steven's penciled board, Wayne inked over blue line on a separate board. The badass return of Boba with incredibly high stakes for Mando and Grogu, such a memorable episode / sequence

Boba is back baby! Great episode/ issue and awesome scene right before he gets his Mandalorian armor back. Awesome score!
