Description

There was a stack of comics given to me when I was a kid to keep me quiet. One of them was called the Uncanny X-Men and I had no idea who they were. A wordy book about ‘mutants’ and everyone who wanted them dead. So yeah I stuck with them. Essentially this lineup was my intro to a forever evolving team

Adam Pollina’s art on the latter 90s X-Force was certainly unique with his sharp, detailed and expressive form. When the opportunity came up early in the year for a commission I immediately knew what I wanted. Adam captured the rebellious attitude of that 80s outlaw team.

This Storm led team is the best! They were on the run and you felt the mutant paranoia and their true outsider status while protecting the world that hated them.
