I had the pleasure of meeting Declan Shalvey at New York Comic Con and picked up this cool "splashy" page from him. It's from a short origin story of the Juggernaut, created for the Fear Itself event in 2011.

That bottom right helmet opening is a great design touch with an intentional tangent to tie all three images together to let you link them all to Juggernaut.
