Hebert even put himself in the Punisher's sights on the wanted poster! So many to Punish, so little time! His high level mopary puts him at the top of Frank's hitlist.

Funny...the thing that struck me most about this cover is that in the 90's, we had clearly not yet issued the death knell for local print journalism... Great cover!

'90s grim and gritty, baby, yes sir! Like how the right side of his face is shadowed in, and the line work to show the woods parts on the gun...cool stuff fo sho. Congrats!
