Invisible Irving escapes from Alcatraz and sets up a racket brainwashing people and getting them to steal from their employers.

Classic team up of Kirby and Simon. This is so representative of their Manhunter and Sandman art. Nice action sequence with the Fighting American. Both pages you listed are nice to see. Great pickups.
