Description

One of my best finds of the year. Kerry still had this page with him at a show in Dallas after all these years. For me, this story is up there with the Death of Superman as far as nostalgia and historical significance. Lois Lane taking out a gangster undercover in her wedding dress. This piece includes an overlying acetate sheet with zip-a-tones for her veil.

Beautiful art ! Kerry's work on Superman was simply amazing ! His pages in this historic book were among my favorites !

The heart shaped word balloons are really unique. Another big event moment that they had in their back pocket, this was a celebration of the creators, characters, and history of Superman! Gamill paired up with a legend, Murphy Anderson!

Loved the heart shaped balloons and how they bring a different tone to the dialog. They even change it in the last panel right before she gives up her alias. Yeah didn't even realize it was Murphy Anderson until I brought the page home and looked it up. Loved his inking with Curt Swan and he pairs so well with Gammill here.
