Description

Getting in the fall mood & as far as I’m concerned, the Halloween season starts in Sept! Here is the first piece I commissioned from Alex Riegel a few years ago, a concept I hadn’t seen him tackle. Love the pairing of his style with these classic horror titans! His color work is amazing, but I felt like this Universal Monsters piece needed to stay in the Grey tone family!

Alex hits those retro vibes incredible well, highlighting each character wonderfully. I love how he chose to do the layout too. This also made me want to put these old movies on in the background while I work today. Great piece!

Riegel does a dream team of classic horror! The closest we got were Abbott and Costello meets..., until Monster Squad had newer versions all show up.
