Despot confronts his son Malcolm while Stormwatch is taken down in the background in this great piece of early Image comics art (1995). Spartan joins the team in this issue after the tragic events of the Wildstorm Rising crossover! Action and drama that has been building since issue one comes to a head right here! After the apparent demise of the WildC.A.T.s (see Wildstorm Rising #2), Spartan joins the team. Meanwhile, to deal with the world endangering events of Wildstorm Rising, the UN may have unleashed an even greater evil upon the world. The immensely powerful Despot and his uber dangerous Warguard walk the earth once more and not even StormWatch may be able to stop them this time.
