The first meeting of Harvey and Jason Todd as told through this flashback story as this issue came out in 1989 a year after "A Death in the Family". Morrow's inks held up great! With Bair also great at inking, he understood where the handoff should be, that allows Morrow to accentuate and delineate at his best.
