Description

This cover first came up during one of Bill's Comic Art Live YouTube shows that featured NextComicArt and Mico Suayan. I nearly pulled the trigger then, but it was claimed before I could. That collector later moved on from it, whereas I was more than happy to add this one to my PC after missing it the first time. I really do love Mico Suayan's style and textures that he is able to create in his art. Could not think of a better cover to release to my Public CAF for Halloween 2023.

For those who didn't read the comic, Darkhold Blade aka Defiled Blade is a version of the DayWalker that has been taken over by the Darkhold, where Blade becomes the King of the Vampires. Pretty Bad-Ass if you ask me. In this enhanced form, his fangs are exaggerated and the Darkhold Symbol is clearly shown on his signature blade. Mico and his smooth textures in his art is something that I will always be drawn to and will always be a fan of. Well Done Mico.

Hyper photo realism! Mico's artistry does this style better than anyone! Wrinkles and shine make you believe there is a a real person behind this image.
