How does an artist make the 60s-era "mod" WW look like something other than a random fashion model (or Diana Rigg)? If you're the great Reverend Dave, you give her... an invisible Vespa! How did the comics never come up with that?!

Seeing up close is a whole other ballgame than seeing the scan, from the grey wash highlights to the textured white paint of the Jackson Pollock.
