Great piece informing us of the time period with the background billboard that actually makes smoke rings. The costume is right out of those movie serials, but the dutch angle is more modern.

Great piece . I was recently able to have seen the whole serial on YouTube . This was made by Columbia and IMO, was much better than the 1943 serial. Robert Lowery was great as Batman .
