DescriptionWhile I still haven’t shared all if the Beachcomber pages I’ve purchased, I figures this was the perfect piece to post as my last CAF post of the year. 2024, the year of Beachcomber culminated in picking up this epic moment from Transformers 12, the conclusion to Vol 2. Here we see Optimus Prime accepting his fate as he plummets to Earth, admiring its beauty. In that fateful moment, Beachcomber swoops in on his rocket powered surfboard, riding the funnel of water connecting Cybertron & Earth so he can reach Prime and bring him down safely.Just a killer moment from a series that has delivered emotional, impactful moments all year. The way Jorge draws Transformers is a perfect fit for this emotional book. Jorge has a knack for taking the heart felt script from DWJ and brings it onto the page through incredibly beautiful, emotive bots. What a way to close out the year where I was thankful for every single piece I have been able to add to the collection! Social/Sharing |

Corona plays this like the legends of surf guitar with every ink mark done to make the story have a quick tempo, clean tones, and heavy reverb that will be remembered as it echoes through the minds of the readers!

What a piece to end the year with! Beachcomber has been one of my favorite characters in this series. This page is absolutely stunning.
