Description

In my mind, Julian is one of the best artists alive, and excruciatingly difficult to get a published Spidey example from. What a thrill, then, to see him on the list of Fan Expo Denver folks attending with Scott’s.

He was awesome- asked to see my collection and we marveled over Paolo Rivera’s mastery together. He also knocked this 6x9-ish headsketch commission out of the park. I love the hint of Spidey-sense above his head, and the contour of the jawline behind the mask. Meet your heroes!

Nice off beat bean sprout headed Spidey in the mode of the more early iterations. Tedesco's shading work is deeper and darker to make the lighting contrasts more subtle.
