Description

Amy's original description:

"Allow me to take you on a trip to the way-back machine: Before Richard Friend offered his amazing talent on inks in issue 3, I was inking myself! I was still developing my process and at the time I drew the pencils at print size on 8.5x11 paper, and inked at 150% print size on 11x17 cardstock. The pencils are just on ordinary printer paper, over blueline panel lines and perspective grids. The inks were done on a blueline printout of the pencils.

In this page: Nimue and Morgaine Le Fay bicker. Also an inordinate amount of texture work!"

When I asked her about her process using the smaller pencils she replied "I worked small to keep the proportions and composition strong. Sometimes when you start big, you get lost in the sauce."
