It's a really powerful image that may go on to define this new era of Batman storytelling given it's inclusion of one of the key story/costume elements revealed in the first issue. Huge congrats (and thanks for sharing about it on Felix's podcast, great listen)!

This depiction is very reminiscent of Marvel's The Executioner, from the Thor mythology, who I love because he always looked so badass. While the whole chest axe idea stretches my ability to suspend my disbelief, I thankfully also found it to be kind of fun and although we can't see them in action on this cover, my favourite part of the design are the cowl ear weapons! All in all, great fun and a nice looking cover.

The Chicago Mafia strikes terror into the hearts of collectors! Just an absolutely fantastic piece. Saw it in person this past weekend and it it's even better in person. Congrats!!

Congrats! Such a powerful image with a great mix of high contrast in the figure with heavy use of lines for those buildings. Masterfully done.

The more this image is cemented into the collective psych of comic fans across the world the better a decision this becomes. In a world of pretenders and exaggerators and fake influential statements...this piece has become iconic.
