Everett is my favorite inker over the dean's pencils. I think I prefer Everett's inks on Kirby and just about everyone else he worked on...as much as I like his pencils, he was a better inker. I have been on a quest for a Colan/Everett page for probably the better part of a decade now. They always seems to end up with one or two focused collectors. This one comes from CAF Live by way of longtime collector Mark Levy who worked out a smooth cash/trade deal with me. It took almost a month for USPS to get the art here but that is not on either of us and it made the anticipation of opening this early Christmas present that much greater. I am happy to add this to my very limited and focused collection of superhero art by the big two.

That first panel is so cool in design and execution. Clearly Colan but so much depth added by Bill's inks.

The most interesting and rare to see with the Everett inks on this page is the Harry Osborn hair! What an artist combo! Plus you get Cap and Falcon with Harry and Peter!

Can see Everett Influcence on the Colan's pencils...less nuance and more defined edges and line.....!
