HAPPY 4TH OF JULY 2025!!!

David Finch Captain America Portrait Painting from Monday Night Draw Season One. Published in David's 2022 ArtBook under the same name, Monday Night Draw.

Watching Finch create comic art live on YouTube was something that I will never forget over the Pandemic "Lockdown" Era. I feel lucky to have a few of David's paintings which are on another level from his pen & ink work. Finch has proven that he is a great artist no matter what medium he uses.

This is so fantastic! The colors and use of light are impeccable. David really has come a long way as a painter. His pencils are always so detailed and finished and THEN when he inks his own stuff magic happens... and NOW painting mastery? The guy is such a well rounded artist, I'd expect him to start sculpting next...
