Space is visually busy with stars, planets, asteroids, cosmic rays and more with Lim giving the great backdrop for Surfer to gleam more brightly! Widescreen panels to give us the grand vastness of space and stretch the action for audience's eyes to scan across.

This was about a year into his run. He pencilled a back-up story in Annual #1 before going into issue 15 as the regular penciller.

I love the horizontal panel layout and the nice, high contrast look of the page as a whole.

Love the sense of movement and how the Surfer gets bigger as you move down! Classic early Lim SS! Congrats!
