DescriptionIn August 2008, Ed Benes opened up his commission availability list and that window of opportunity quickly closed. Luckily, I did get in. Around 6 months later, in February 2009, he started work on it and produced a rough prelim, which I provided feedback on. 8 Months after that the piece was completed in October 2009... 14 months after the initial payment and request... but well worth the wait! I'm anticipating receiving this to behold live in its full sized glory soon... This is the BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER versus VAMPIRELLA final version, penciled and inked by ED BENES.Social/Sharing |

This came out just beautifully! I wish I'd had the cash when his list opened up, this was well worth the money and the wait!

very nice! He did very good work to keep the characters recognizable yet keep his own style. Nice addition to your great Buffy colection!

Would be worth twice the wait ;-) Benes really hit that one out of the park ! A perfect com that would make a breathtaking cover. Congrats !
