My favorite GOON cover. I've been after this for years, but Eric generally doesn't sell his paintings...and this was a personal favorite of his as well. Finally, the timing was right. Many thanks to Eric for letting it go and especially to the legendary Drunken Randy for putting the deal together!

It is parts (though not necessarily equal parts) Norman Rockwell, Jack Davis, Frank Frazetta and a cheesy Strange Sports Stories cover centered around an excellent image of the Goon. I certainly can see the attraction.

This is a fabulous cover. I've never read the Goon, but I love the way it recalls Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post covers and seems to fit the Goon's personality. Thanks for sharing it!
