I've always found this costume to be an odd yet fun blend of the golden age Batman & Robin costumes. Not often seen, I thought it needed to see the light of day. Fantastic Dick Grayson, Earth 2 Robin by Marcus done at Sask Expo 2015.

And, in fairness, when you see it in all it's bizarrely-coloured glory there's perhaps a reason for that! Marcus To though, can make just about anything look REALLY good!
