Description

When I proposed that Aaron Lopresti draw Taarna, it took him a moment to remember who she was. But when I mentioned Heavy Metal, he immediately recalled the iconic film poster image of Taarna riding her flying creature.

Without question, Aaron tapped perfectly into the tone of our silent-but-deadly defender. The severed head makes a statement, doesn't it?

Commissioned and completed at Big Wow ComicFest 2015.

Wow this is very cool. Takes me back! The red really pops and you're right...the severed head is a nice touch. Congrats!
