Description

So, I wanted a Wild Hunt page that showcased Hellboy contemplating pulling Excalibur from the stone, but I wasn't willing to settle for just any old piece. This one seemed to include all of the elements I sought- great balance of b/w, HB moribund and contemplative whilst knee deep in briney water deciding whether the whole Excalibur thing is even for real, and a great shot of Alice in the last panel. In other words, everything a great Hellboy page should have!
