This issue is the last pre-crisis appearance of Kara in the Legion.

Terry did three Legion covers during his run and this was the only one he received back.

He mentioned that Keith Giffen did the layouts on all three covers and probably got one of the three. (I have credited Keith with layouts on the cover)
