The Penguin was always Batman's greatest enemy but was, unfortunately, overshadowed by villains who were more flashy. Looking at you, Scarecrow! Keep on truckin', Ari!

VERY COOL BOG! Love that Perez in addition to the BoG also added a battle scene against Penguin and particularly love the explosive affect of the gargoyle being destroyed by Penguin's umbrella gun! Very nice commission!
