Description

Brian Stelfreeze perched at the top of my wish list for WonderCon 2011. I gave Brian the choice of drawing either Supergirl or Storm -- his reply came back, "You can't go wrong with either one." When I handed him the reference images, however, Brian immediately gravitated to the mid-'70s version of the Maid of Steel.

Given the era of the costume, Brian based his portrayal on the "other" blonde Charlie's Angel, Cheryl Ladd. Kara Zor-El never looked more angelic, for sure.

Commissioned at WonderCon 2011. Thanks to Robert Jewell for his assistance in making this Supergirl and Stelfreeze fan's dream come true.
