Description

Instead of Inktober, Chris Samnee has Batober with prompts suggested to him on Twitter. Then Chris lists the art on ebay.

For Batober 2020 - 24 / 31, the prompt was 'fox', so Chris went with Zorro which is Spanish for 'fox'. I don't think he mentioned it in his Twitter or the ebay listing but I got the reference.

Chris definitely shows an Alex Toth influence. He also said this piece was his favorite of Batober 2020.

Although it's not mentioned in Chris' Twitter, in the ebay listing, he said the 2 on the couch are Damian Wayne and Barbara Gordon.

Given it's place in the Batman mythos, I'm surprised that any Zorro movie is in the Wayne home movie collection.

The pieces get better with every Batober. I wonder if one day he'll start off with a black piece of paper and use white paint.
