Description

It thrills me no end that I can be this many years into my Marvel Two in One theme and still add drawings like this to my collection that perfectly bring to life my hopes and dreams of new art that breathes fresh life into my favorite Thing team-up comics of yesteryear.

Marvel Two in One 85 pitted the ever-lovin' Thing and Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew) against Atom Smasher (II) and the Robotrons in a storyline that related to curing Giant Man (Bill Foster) of radiation poisoning.

I've lined up the original cover by Ron Wilson and Chic Stone, Sal Velluto's prelim and finished pencils, and the final drawing with inks by Bob Almond so that you can follow the evolution of this commission. My thanks to both artists who are unsurpassed in every way when it comes to customer service, communication and talent.
