Description

While growing up I absolutely loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles so I knew that sooner or later I would have to commission Josh to do an April O'Neil piece. The time for getting that piece done came sooner then expected when the slight mishap of the Mister Mystery #16 commission occurred. Josh being the stand up guy he is offered to create me another piece because of the accident and the first thing that came to mind was an April O'Neil piece since I had not seen Josh do her yet. Josh went all out on the piece and I offered to pay for the color but Josh insisted on doing it all for free. Needless to say I did not like Josh doing the piece completely free so I paid to have the Venus #19 commission done at the same time.

The piece is absolutely fantastic. When we were discussing the piece we had discussed throwing a turtle or two on the piece so I was surprised to see how he had included Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello. Needless to say this is the perfect piece with all the right elements.

Size 11x17.
