DescriptionI don't have much art by George Perez. It was time to fix that. I had a piece on my radar and when this page from the Judas Contract story line was offered up, I decided it was a good example to start with. I think there is a lot to like about this one. I just added the pic of the color guide that came along with the page.Social/Sharing |

Nobody could draw piles and piles of rubble quite like George!

One of the best artists of the 1980s working on one of the best stories of the 1980s. Doesn't get better than that.

George Perez at his best! This particular page showed us Terra's true self when out of control with all the power she possesses in that vulnerable fragile young mind. Even in her betrayal later in this story, like Gar in the end, many fans still held out hope that Terra was still good inside because of moments like this where the Titans were able to console her.

The only artist who could hang with Byrne when it came to drawing rubble. :D

Jeff, this is a truly astounding page from what can arguably be called Perez's prime period. And a book that was near and dear to his heart. He and Marv were concocting the Judas Contract storyline together and they decided that Terra was a bad seed from day one. Still one of the best stories on comics. Congrats on a great acquisition!

Terra at her nastiest? What's not to love on this page?... Good start for a Perez gallery!
