Wow, that's fantastic! Reminds me of the movie poster art of David Grove. Superb lighting and reflection technique!

It kind of hit me like that Huey helicopters against the setting sun that you see in so many movies.

Wicked slice of the Empire Striking! Lord Vader is ready to slash through the veil of this gorgeous piece and seize our world via force choke! Congrats!

Feel the heat from the twin suns of Tattooine! Kind of like the twins Vader never knew he had. The lone samurai rushes toward us to attack!

Fabulous Alex Maleev cover! Love the figure of Darth Vadar running with the huge AT-ATs looming behind him and the Twin Suns setting. Great pick-up!

The reflection and rippling effect as Vader is running is worth the price of admission alone. And those AT-ATs clearly mean business. What a menacing scene! Great pick up, and incredible piece from Alex!

At first I got really distracted by the idea of Vader running... Sprinting never struck me as a tool that could be in his bag, at least based on movies. But this "leading the charge" Vader is beyond bad ass looking. I would NOT want to be among the rebels seeing that on the horizon! The entire scene is ablosutely amazing. Congrats!

Same here. Vader is more of a lurk in the shadows to pull strings from above or be the prototypical big man, who, when he does go face to face, wears them down with massive blows. It is an interesting depiction, and a beautiful painting.
