Pootie done did it again!
Several months back Chiaroscuro Studios held a fundraiser on X to support the communities impacted by the flooding in southern Brazil. Dozens of the comic industry's top talent offered up their time and art to support the cause.

One such artist was Huge Detective artist Magenta King!

I was the lucky hopeful bidding on the opportunity to have a commission done by this slick talent!

As I work down my "Spider-man villains" wall I thought that the foe Jack O'Lantern would be the perfect fit.

...and I wasn't wrong.

Gritty and menacing with that signature pop of color he's known for. Plus it also is serendipitous for the Halloween season!

Brilliant colors! Love how their upward flow aids the effect of him floating.

Done right for the fall season! The burnt orange colors lift the energy of the piece up!

Love the firey orange/red coloring paired with the hatchy good line work on the building! Killer contrast throughout this one, man, congrats!
