Description

I was fortunate to get this this from Mark schultz at the 2005 wonderfest. This was done in preparation for the first volume in the Wandering Star Conan series. If you look at the color plate for "Queen of the Black Coast', you will see Conan in very similar armor. Mark is such a wonderful artist, that even his pencil studies sparkle with life.

Very nice indeed! We seem to admire a lot of the same artists -- you can see my collection here on CAF, as well.

Thanks. I know you share my love for Mark's art. I think you attended the same Wonderfest where I picked this up. He had so many wonderful pieces available. It was hard to select one, but this stood out. Still thrilled to have it in my small collection, which pales in comparison to yours.
