My very first cover painting ever purchased, way back in 1988. At the time, I was "only" into comics and magazines. At a NY show with my wife, she brought me to a table to show me something she thought I'd like. Like is the understatement of the year! This guy had about 20 Warren covers ranging from $750-1500 for a Vampirella cover. I wish I bought them all! It's amazing how, for nearly fifteen years, I had only two covers. These past eight years have added quite a few, though.....
This cover is of "Nimrod", a conan-esque type of warrior. I have to keep this at all times. My wife claims with all the scantily clad women hanging around on the walls, it's only fair to have a male figure added to the mix---and Dracula or zombies don't count!!!!!

My favorite Enrich "non-Vampi" Vampirella cover is Vampirella #35. I missed that a few years back at the REA auction. Does anyone know who has it??????

I just love this! It's such an evocative piece and wins on so many levels. Brings back happy memories too!
