Description

This is the back image of the new Spider-Man mini-poster and was (obviously) produced specifically for the Japanese market. The repeating Japanese sentence that fills the mask reads something like, "Nick Fury is in control of summer vacation." I thought it was pretty clever. The front is cool (and I included it in the extra images), but that image is the same one I've seen on American websites.

For some reason, most Marvel movies don't always do that great here, and I think, in part, it might be the marketing. For instance, Avengers: Endgame got beat at the box office by the latest Detective Conan anime (it is known as "Case Closed" in English and involves the adventures of a detective who is stuck in a child's body and a group of children who help him solve crimes), so I thought it would have been better if "the powers that be" had made a Spider-Man poster that emphasized the young actors who play Peter's high school classmates. Most successful Japanese movies, especially anime, seem to have young students as the heroes these days. But, hey, what do I know?

Very cool! I love seeing the Japanese mini-posters for films. This is a great graphic image.
