Karate Kid vs. Deadpool by Rob Liefeld and Simon Gough

The first time I saw Rob Liefeld�s art was in the Hawk & Dove miniseries he drew and it blew me away. His artwork contained such energy it felt like it was leaping off the page at you. I was a huge X-Men fan so I was delighted when he did fill-in issues of X-Factor and X-Men before becoming the regular artist on New Mutants. My favorite quality of Liefeld�s books is that they are always exciting. So yeah when I saw he would be at Wizard World New Orleans 2011 I knew I had to hit him up for a commission. And oh boy did he deliver. I already knew Rob drew the definitive Deadpool, but I didn't know how awesome his Karate Kid would look until I saw him drawing this piece at the convention. And it turned out that Rob is an old school Legion fan as well so that's always cool to find out. Thanks again, Rob!

Deadpool will give Val one heck of a brutal, verbose fight. Wade Wilson might not be as skilled as Val Armorr, but he has a healing factor and he�s a bit nuts. Val will probably have to literally dismember Wade to end the fight, and even that might not stop Wade from talking.
