DescriptionA wholly unique take on The Punisher from Eisner nominated madman, Matt Lesniewski. In addition to being an exercise in 39 different inking techniques, this piece is proof positive that Cam from Inky Knuckles is the nicest rep in the hobby. Some points of interest; the stippling on the chest skull, the curved hatching on the smoke around his right arm, the different textures on the boots. INSANE! Social/Sharing |

MADNESS in the best possible way! Matt's been stepping up the inventiveness in big ways recently. Nice pickup, man!

What a unique piece. Love all the inking styles. Makes for a visual smorgasbord.

A masterclass in how to create a cornucopia of varying textures within a single illustration!

This poor guy is going to go blind at some point, but until then we get to enjoy such unique takes on characters.

Man, so unique, he really makes it his own.The combination of shades and textures creates a very detailed piece that you can't get enough of. And it has skulls! :)

Guns, Eyepatch, Chains, and Skulls. Chains and skulls.
Is that really smoke or a tendril of arm hair reaching out to challenge the reigning arm wrestling champ?

There is only one option for Marvel to rehab the Punisher... give him to Matt!! What a beautiful piece! Congrats!

This is the most insane Punisher I have ever seen and I mean that in the best way possible. I love it!

I don't think I've ever seen anything as original as this. This Punisher's prescence would be enough to stop crime without fire a single shot!

This piece figuratively and literally grows on you! I love the technique used here. A great pickup!

The stippling effect gives the art a Basil Wolverton quality.

Trippy in all the best ways! Would love to see this one in person. Crazy rendition. I'm sure you've pored over all that hatch-y goodness lots. Congrats, man!

That is a cool interpretation of the Punisher! I need to get a Lesniewski for my collection.
