DescriptionLarge oil on canvas, which appears to be a pulp cover painting, although my pal Doug Ellis has found no evidence of it. The other alternative is a book or magazine illustration. A short bio of the artist found online indicates he worked for the Saturday Evening Post, among others.If you detectives out there can figure it out, it would be appreciated. Social/Sharing |

Even though it seems this piece has seen better days.. I really love the subject matter, color choices and composition. Definately wall worthy! Love it!

It was some bad glare on the canvas, it actually is in nice shape. I've updated the pic, but still some glare.
