This is the cover to Disney Big #61 featuring Mickey Mouse and Arizona Goof (known as Indiana Pipps in Italy) playing a bagpipe in a scene that immediately makes you think of Scotland (the pictures on the wall, including the one of a Nessie-like creature, are pretty much self explanatory).
