Description

Illustration created for the story, "The Con Man and the Lady Politician," by William Fay in the September 1948 issue of Argosy. "'As for this cannon,' he said, 'I can take it and throw it right in your waste basket--like this.'" Signed with the very rarely used full version of his Darcy pseudonym, James Fenemore Darcy.
