Description

I have never seen the final cartoon poster for the 1937 Disney Short which was ultimately entitled The Fox Hunt, but I suspect that the the image of Donald Duck for a 1937 Mickey Mouse Magazine cover was based on that final poster design. If so, this would be a poster design which was drawn in connection with the same cartoon but earlier in the production process, at a time when the title of the cartoon was still Master of the Hounds. This design would have been discarded before the title was changed to The Fox Hunt.
