This is page 82 from Dylan Dog #186, "L'uomo nero", written by Luigi Mignacco and illustrated by Piero Dall'Agnol.
All kids fear the boogeyman... then they grow up and understand that the horror in their life is something else. This is what happens to Timothy Madison, a kid ignored by his parents but with a babysitter, Sheila, Dylan Dog's fiancee for the time being, who wants to help him deal with his fears.

A beautiful page by Dall'Agnol, one of the Dylan Dog artists I love the most.
