DescriptionThis masterfully colored illustration was used as the cover for the French magazine "Pilote & Charlie", issue #7 Oct. 1986, featuring a serialized story with painted art by Sicomoro, titled "The Scarlet Mummy".The style of the artist here is pretty different from his early works on the Italian magazine "Lanciostory" and more conformed to the classic French-Belgian "ligne claire". Being a great lover of Ancient Egypt and all related - of course even fictional - stories, this piece was an absolute must for me :) Thanks again, Claudia!
