Description

Back on July 3rd Martin Abel held an end of financial year art sale on his Instagram stories. He announced the sale about an hour before he planned on posting the pieces but it ended up being closer to 2 hours before he actually started. I kept refreshing almost repeatedly until they finally started showing up. As luck would have it, the first 2 pieces that he listed were the ones that had caught my eye in the preview. As soon as they posted I quickly commented on the story and waited for his confirmation they were mine. Lucky for me I was able to get both that I wanted.

I've been a fan of Martin's work for a number of years but haven't added but 1 piece to the collection which just happened to be a Kimono Girl I commissioned. I'm very happy to have a couple more in my collection. This might be just a small piece but it's always hard to resist a cute redhead. I think he said her name is Mary Jane. Whatever the case she was too beautiful to pass up.
