Description

For this recreation. I asked Bruce to use the two Curt Swan & Neal Adams figures of Superman and Lois from SUPERMAN FAMILY #182 and combine them into a more atmospheric background - above Metropolis. Bruce suggested using the background from ACTION COMICS #583 by Swan and Anderson, and that seemed good to me. I suggested using the trade dress that was popular during the Silver Age. Pen, brush and ink on 13 X 20" Bristol board.
