Description

Jim Zub and Steven Cummings created a special comic book
when "Wayward" came out. They were also market-savvy enough�
to offer multiple variant covers for their new creation.�
I've read that "Wayward" 10 different #1 covers on the market�
at the time of their launch.
�
This is the "B" cover and the one I like best. Fortunately,�
Alina Urusov still had the art (maybe not that unlikely, considering
how quickly I contacted her). Before I made the buy, she
informed me the cover's artwork was on four different 11" x 17"
boards that had been assembled digitally. Seeing the images, I
was okay with that. The balloon cats are adorable!
�
This is the cover�s central image and the first appearance of
Ayane, the cat girl.

Really captures the character with the pose and look of disaffected youth. Very pretty with all the patterns on the dress.
