Description

This page was published in August, 1973, penciled by Irv Novick and inked by a combination of Dick Giordano and Frank McLaughlin. A Flash and Green Lantern team-up story provides the impetus for this off-beat meeting between Sinestro and Paul Gambi. Gambi is a recurring Flash character who functions as the go-to tailor for The Rogues Gallery and can be seen here sewing a costume for Captain Boomerang. I think the artwork in the Gambi panels, particularly the middle left one, is outstanding.

So cool! Here I thought that Gambi on the Black Lightning tv series was just a character created for the show.
