DescriptionI finally stitched together two scans of this oversize page (13 & 3/4" x 19 & 5/8"). I had previously only put partial images on here. This is an original I did with my buddy Mark Heike back in 1984 (printed in 1985) from NIGHTVEIL #3 (AC Comics). One of the first 'real' comic books I ever worked on!In my mind I was never going to sell the two pages I kept from that issue. Well, I'm 65 now and a grandpa and time can finally change your mind (as Doug Wildey pointed out to me at a show years ago when someone was asking how much these two pages were). I had already won the Inking category of THE OFFICIAL MARVEL TRY-OUT CONTEST when I started doing work for AC. I inked mainly with brush on the work I did for them. Social/Sharing |
