Description

Another Looking Up strip by Al Hartley. This one is interesting, because it's a scripture I rarely see quoted. But it's a simple truth, isn't it? When someone gets away with doing something bad, they'll be encouraged to do it again. Justice is something that we comic book fans love to see, isn't it? But it goes deeper than that. We NEED to see it, and even the criminals need it, if there is any hope that their hearts can change.
